Real-time call transcript for iOS

Contact Center Admins and Supervisors can now access real-time call transcripts directly from the iOS app, providing instant insights on ongoing calls.

Improvement

Disabling Dialpad call history on native phone app

You now have the option to disable the Dialpad call history integration from the recent call list on your native iPhone app.

Other improvements

We've also fixed some minor bugs and behind-the-scenes functionality, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
