    Let's take a look at what's new from our most recent release on October 9, 2023

    Improvements

    Ai Scorecards 

    Ai Scorecards are now available for all Scorecard users (Ai Scorecards are an add-on). If you previously purchased QA Scorecards, no action is required, you will see the Ai functionality appear in the scorecards section.


    When Ai recognizes an answer, it will suggest the answer and let you confirm by taking you directly to the section of the call and transcript where the answer was captured.

    Critical bug fixes

    Dialpad contacts not logging calls in Salesforce 

    Some users reported that active calls show 'loading customer information' and do not automatically match and log the record in Salesforce. This has been fixed!

    Live Contact Center dashboard bug

    A few users reported that the contact center live dashboard is showing an inaccurate number of available agents. We've fixed this.

    Call transcript access bug

    Some users reported that even though operators were granted permission, they were unable to access call transcripts. This has been fixed!

    Other improvements

    We've also fixed some minor bugs and behind-the-scenes functionality, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
