New
Remote Access Control for Dialpad Meetings
Dialpad's Remote Access Control enables real-time screen control, allowing support agents to provide hands-on assistance by directly interacting with the shared screen. This feature is ideal for tasks such as walkthroughs and troubleshooting.
Filter by call ID
We've added a new Call ID filter to Conversation History to help teams quickly and easily find calls for quality assurance, saving time and improving productivity.
This filter is currently in an Early Adopter Program, if you’d like to try it, reach out to your Customer Success Manager.
Improvements
Dialpad Meetings improvements
New Dialpad Meeting enhancements include the addition of a split-screen view for 1:1 meetings and the availability of meeting recaps within Dialpad chat for 1:1 meetings. Not only that, you can now open Dialpad Meetings in a separate window within the native Dialpad application.
Critical bug fixes
Wrap up time bug
A few users noticed their wrap-up time ended earlier than expected. We’ve fixed this.
Warm transfer bug
Some users noticed their warm transfers took longer than normal. This has been fixed.
Other improvements
We've also fixed some minor bugs and behind-the-scenes functionality, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
