New

Delete Action Items on Ai Recap

You can now delete unnecessary Action Items from your Ai Recap. This lets you keep your Ai Recap clean and accurate, letting you focus only the most important Action Items. 

Critical bug fixes

Access playlist bug

Some users reported that they could not access admin recorded-calls that were shared to a playlist. This has been fixed!

Assign an agent bug

A few users reported that when they tried to assign an agent, the user's name or email did not appear in the search bar. We've fixed this.

View contact bug

Some users reported that when they viewed a contact's information, the app crashed. This has been fixed!

Other improvements

We've also fixed some minor bugs and behind-the-scenes functionality, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
