Dialpad allows users to create custom workflows with Pipedrive CRM by selecting triggers, actions, and searches. Although Dialpad does not have a native integration with Pipedrive, it can be integrated through Zapier. This integration enables the automatic transfer of information between Dialpad and Pipedrive without the need for coding. To enable the Zapier integration, users must first configure their Dialpad integration with Zapier. Once this is done, they can connect their Pipedrive CRM to Zapier. It is important to note that this connection is facilitated through Zapier itself and not through the native app, so users may need assistance from the Zapier team for setup.
