Dialpad Labs

Prev Next

Dialpad Labs gives eligible company admins a self-service way to discover, enable, and disable select Early Access Program (EAP) and beta features for their company.

Instead of contacting Customer Care or another internal team to request access to a feature, you can use Dialpad Labs to manage available labs directly in your Admin Settings.

Who can use this

Dialpad Labs is available to Company admins. If you do not see Dialpad Labs in your Admin Settings, you may not have access.

Let’s dive into the details.

What you can do in Dialpad Labs

In Dialpad Labs, you can:

  • View available Early Adopter Program (EAP) features and their short descriptions

  • See whether a lab is enabled or disabled

  • Enable or disable supported labs

  • Submit feedback about a lab directly from the Labs page

Keep in mind that Dialpad Labs only shows features that are approved for self-service access. Not every experimental or beta feature will appear in the Labs list.

  • For company-level labs, the feature is enabled for the company.

  • For labs that support office-level targeting, you may be able to enable the feature company-wide or for selected offices only.

When the change is successful, Dialpad shows a confirmation message and updates the lab status.

Troubleshooting

I do not see Dialpad Labs in Admin Settings

Check that you’re a company admin. If you still do not see Dialpad Labs, contact your Dialpad Customer Care.

A lab I expected is not listed

Dialpad Labs only shows features that are approved for self-service access.

If a lab is not listed, it may:

  • Not be available for your company

  • Require a different eligibility setup

  • Not be included in the current Dialpad Labs catalog

Does enabling a lab affect billing?

Dialpad Labs itself does not introduce new billing behavior.

If a specific lab has pricing or plan requirements, those details are handled by that feature’s documentation.
