New
Improved navigation
We've simplified our Android app with a sleek and intuitive UI. You'll notice a new bottom bar menu where you can access your inbox, view and add contacts, access the keypad and go to your home page.

Critical bug fixes
View live transcript bug
A few users reported that coaches were unable to view the live transcript when monitoring a coaching team call. We've fixed this.
Ai recap on mobile bug
Some users reported that Contact Center agents were getting an error when viewing Ai recaps on their mobile. This has been fixed!
Message timestamp bug
A few users reported that the timestamp did not display correctly when responding to a message thread. We've fixed this.
Other improvements
We've also fixed some minor bugs and behind-the-scenes functionality, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
