Critical bug fix
Switch to HD calling bug
Some users reported that calls ended abruptly when switching carrier calls to HD calling. This has been fixed!
Incoming call notification bug
A few users reported that contact center agents continued to receive call notifications even after the call was cancelled. We've fixed this.
Group line call bug
Some users reported that agents were unable to place a call from a department line on the mobile app. This has been fixed!
Other improvements
We've also fixed some minor bugs and behind-the-scenes functionality, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
