Logging in to Dialpad Self-Service

The login experience for Dialpad Self Service varies based on whether you have a Dialpad account or are a legacy Kare user. Dialpad users can log in with their existing account or sign in using Google or Microsoft credentials. Legacy Kare users and email/password customers need to enter their email, reset their password, and access the console through an auto-generated email.
How do I log in to my account?
Log in for existing Dialpad users via SSO
If you are a customer with an existing Dialpad account and are already signed in, simply hit 'Login with Dialpad' and you will be automatically logged into the console. If you have not signed in yet, click on the link and you will be prompted to sign in using your Google or Microsoft account. Once you have done this, you will be automatically redirected to the instance.
Log in for Legacy Kare users and email/password customers
The first time you log into your account, you will need to enter your email address and click the forgot password link. You will then be able to set your password and access the console via the auto generated email sent to your address.
