Despite the rise of cloud communications, desk phones remain vital for daily business interactions. Dialpad supports this need by offering select desk phones for purchase. Admins can buy desk phones directly from Dialpad, which includes pre-configured models from brands like Obihai, Yealink, and Polycom. However, shipping is limited to Canada and the United States. To purchase a desk phone, admins should navigate to the Dialpad Admin Settings, select Desk Phones, and follow the prompts to buy phones or learn about compatible devices. After selecting the desired device and payment plan on the Dialpad Marketplace, the purchased phones can be assigned to user accounts, shared lines, or designated as room phones. This service ensures that Dialpad users have the necessary tools for effective communication.
