We're always rolling out updates that contain new features and capabilities to ensure customers get the most of Dialpad.

Update your desktop app, or visit Dialpad's web portal to take advantage of the latest additions. You'll also discover some bug fixes to improve reliability. Dialpad's desktop app and web portal are made to live at the center of your business communications.

Contact Center

  • Monitor All Coaching Teams | Coaches now have access to a combined view of all Coaching Teams they are coaches and will be able to see all Live Calls and Trainees in one view. From this tab they can:
    • Save unique filters to only view a subset of trainees
    • Retain all coaching functionality within the individual coaching teams
    • Easily filter between different teams and traineesMonitor_Coaching_Team_copy.png
  •   Upgraded QA Scorecards search capability | You can now search for cards graded by a specific grader                                                                                                Graded_by.png

Improvements and Fixes

We've also fixed some minor bugs, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
