We're always rolling out updates that contain new features and capabilities to ensure customers get the most of Dialpad.

Let's take a look at what's new in this release for August 26th, 2022.

New

Dialpad Talk 

SMS Auto-Reply improvement | We've increased the maximum character count for SMS auto-replies — you can now have an auto-reply of up to 320 characters.

Contact Center

QA Scorecards Filter Improvement | We improved the "Graded By" dropdown filter for QA Scorecards in Web Call History to simplify searching by any grader.

Critical Bug Fix 

  • Salesforce CTI Glitch | Some users were reporting the inbound call notification in Salesforce CTI was not working. This has been fixed. 
  • Analytics glitch | A small group of users were reporting that a call was being double-counted as Missed and Callback Requested. This has been fixed. 

Improvements and Fixes

We've also fixed some minor bugs, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
