Let's take a look at what's new from our most recent release on July 29, 2025.

New

Live dashboard

Customize your live dashboard by showing or hiding widgets, rearranging them, merging Voice and Digital views, hiding admins, and viewing new hold metrics, all for a cleaner, more tailored experience.

You can now save specific report views like filters and columns, with the new Saved Reports feature for easy access anytime. Plus, Auto Save automatically keeps track of recent changes, which you can find under the “Modified” label.

15-Minute forecasting & scheduling

Get a more detailed view of staffing needs in 15-minute intervals, giving you a more detailed look at demand and helping you better match your workforce to it with improved accuracy.

EAP feature

This feature is currently in an Early Adopter Program. Please reach out to your Customer Success Manager for more information.

Improvement

Abandoned and missed call reclassification

We’ve improved how abandoned and missed calls are classified to improve the accuracy of your call metrics and reporting.

Dialpad Analytics interface displaying an expanded call volume dropdown menu detailing Missed and Abandoned call counts, broken down by open/closed hours, Short-abandoned, Abandoned queued, and Abandoned rang metrics, with a blue circle highlighting the expand/collapse arrow.

Critical bug fixes

Contact syncing bug

Some users reported that the names of their Google contacts did not appear correctly on incoming calls. This has been fixed!

Call waiting bug

A few users reported that call waiting didn’t work when only one agent was available. We’ve fixed this.

Other improvements

We've also fixed some minor bugs and behind-the-scenes functionality, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.

Happy Dialing!
