Early Adopter Programs

This means we're always rolling out new features and capabilities to ensure you get the most out of Dialpad. We take user feedback very seriously, and sometimes we release features to a select group of 'Early Adopters' first so that we can learn from their feedback and tailor the product to their needs. 

How does it work?

Early Adopter Programs, affectionately referred to as EAPs, are available by sign-up only through a Dialpad Project Manager.

This gives you early insights into a new feature, and your experience and feedback help us bring the feature to life for all users.

We'll give you full access to the feature and schedule some 1:1 time with you to help us understand your unique use case and user experience — your invaluable feedback helps us build features that solve real, everyday challenges!

Expectations

As an EAP participant, we expect you to share your honest feedback. We want to know what’s working and what needs more attention before publicly launching the feature — think of it as an opportunity to help create your ideal product. Be aware that we may use your responses in marketing promotions for the product launch (but don’t worry, we’ll ask for approval before doing so).

Joining an EAP means you get to try out innovative new features before they’re widely available; however, it does come with potential risks, such as bugs that could disrupt your Dialpad experience. If you encounter a bug, our Engineering team will work hard to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Please note that EAP issues are not actioned at the same priority level as a bug in our main product.

Cost

There is no fee to join an EAP program.
