Remote Access Control
Dialpad's Remote Access Control feature is now in an Early Adopter Program! This feature allows someone to take control of your screen in real-time, and provide hands-on assistance by directly interacting with the shared screen. It's perfect for tasks like walkthroughs or troubleshooting!
Large meetings
We're excited to announce that you can now host large meetings with up to 1,000 participants through Dialpad Meetings! Plus, we’ve improved reliability and performance to make your experience even better.

Dialpad Meeting bundles improvement
Good news! Dialpad Meetings Business is now included for free with all Dialpad plans. Say goodbye to any confusion about which plan covers a Meetings Business license! Refer to our Pricing Page to see if you have access to this feature. If you have any questions about your plan, reach out to your Customer Success Manager or Dialpad Customer Care.
