Install Dialpad for HubSpot

Whether you’re installing or uninstalling Dialpad for HubSpot, the steps are easy to follow. Keeping your calling and customer details in one place helps your workflow stay organized.

Who can use this

Dialpad’s HubSpot integration is currently available to Dialpad Support and Dialpad Sell customers, as well as Dialpad Connect users. Refer to our Pricing Page to see if you have access to this feature. If you have questions about your plan or need help setting up the integration, contact Dialpad Support.

Install Dialpad for HubSpot

To install HubSpot for all your users, go to the HubSpot Marketplace.

  1. Search for Dialpad > select Install

  2. Select your organization > Choose account

  3. Agree to the app permissions > Select Connect app

Once connected, you’ll be taken to the Dialpad Admin Portal to set up HubSpot settings and enable the integration for your organization.

Uninstall HubSpot

To uninstall the HubSpot integration, go to the Dialpad Admin Portal.

  1. Go to My Company > Integrations

  2. Navigate to HubSpot > Options

  3. Select Disconnect

  4. Select Manage Settings > Turn off the Enable Integration setting

  5. Save Changes

Note

Make sure to both disable and disconnect the integration to fully turn it off. Disabling alone may leave HubSpot workflows running, and disconnecting alone stops call logging.

After disconnecting the HubSpot integration in Dialpad, go to your HubSpot account to complete the uninstallation.

To uninstall Dialpad on HubSpot

  1. Go to My Account > Select your organization

  2. Select Settings > Integrations

  3. Select Connected apps > navigate to Dialpad

  4. Select Actions > Uninstall

  5. In the field provided, type Uninstall > select Uninstall

  6. Choose a reason from the drop-down > select Done

After uninstalling HubSpot, your activity logs won’t be deleted or changed.

Note

Call recordings are stored in Dialpad, not HubSpot. Access depends on your Dialpad account and data retention policy.
