Whether you’re installing or uninstalling Dialpad for HubSpot, the steps are easy to follow. Keeping your calling and customer details in one place helps your workflow stay organized.
Let’s dive into the details.
Who can use this
Dialpad’s HubSpot integration is currently available to Dialpad Support and Dialpad Sell customers, as well as Dialpad Connect users. Refer to our Pricing Page to see if you have access to this feature. If you have questions about your plan or need help setting up the integration, contact Dialpad Support.
Install Dialpad for HubSpot
To install HubSpot for all your users, go to the HubSpot Marketplace.
Search for Dialpad > select Install
Select your organization > Choose account
Agree to the app permissions > Select Connect app
Once connected, you’ll be taken to the Dialpad Admin Portal to set up HubSpot settings and enable the integration for your organization.
Uninstall HubSpot
To uninstall the HubSpot integration, go to the Dialpad Admin Portal.
Go to My Company > Integrations
Navigate to HubSpot > Options
Select Disconnect
Select Manage Settings > Turn off the Enable Integration setting
Save Changes
Note
Make sure to both disable and disconnect the integration to fully turn it off. Disabling alone may leave HubSpot workflows running, and disconnecting alone stops call logging.
After disconnecting the HubSpot integration in Dialpad, go to your HubSpot account to complete the uninstallation.
To uninstall Dialpad on HubSpot
Go to My Account > Select your organization
Select Settings > Integrations

Choose a reason from the drop-down > select Done
After uninstalling HubSpot, your activity logs won’t be deleted or changed.
Note
Call recordings are stored in Dialpad, not HubSpot. Access depends on your Dialpad account and data retention policy.
