Edit or Delete an SMS Campaign

SMS brand registration can be tricky, and you might need to edit (or even remove!) your SMS Campaign as your business evolves. 

Let’s dive into the details. 

Who can use this

Dialpad Company Admins can delete their company’s SMS Business Campaign.

Delete brand or campaign registration

To delete an existing Brand Campaign, go to your Dialpad Admin Portal.

  1. Select My Company

  2. Select SMS Management > SMS Registration

  3. Beside the campaign you want to delete, select Options > Delete

Tip

While deleting a brand or campaign registration is free, a new registration application is subject to fees

Edit brand campaign registration

If you’ve changed your SMS marketing tactics or added new products to sell, you might need to edit your SMS Brand Campaign. 

Note

Some fields in TCR’s mandatory registration process cannot be edited. This means you’ll need to delete your brand and/or campaign and resubmit the data.

To edit an existing Brand Campaign, go to your Dialpad Admin Portal.

  1. Select My Company

  2. Navigate to SMS Management > SMS Registration

  3. Beside the campaign you want to delete, select Options > Edit and resubmit

  4. Make your desired changes and select Resubmit for approval
