Who can use this
Company Admins on all plans can export SMS traffic reports.
Refer to our Pricing Page to see if you have access to this feature. If you have any questions about your plan, reach out to your Customer Success Manager or Dialpad Customer Care.
Export messaging traffic
To export your SMS and MMS traffic, head to your Dialpad Admin Settings.
Select My Company
Navigate to SMS Management
Select SMS Settings
Choose the desired date range
Select Export (.csv)
That’s it! Dialpad will email the SMS Traffic Export to your inbox.
Messaging export data
Dialpad will send you a CSV report containing the following data:
