Troubleshooting Meeting Add-On Options

If you’re not seeing options to add certain Dialpad Meetings (DPM) features—like PSTN numbers or Large Meetings – this is likely due to changes in how Dialpad Meetings are bundled and offered.

On January 28, 2025, Dialpad unified its core products. Now, Dialpad Meetings comes bundled for free with Dialpad accounts. Add-ons like PSTN and Large Meetings are available separately only for accounts migrated to the new bundle system.

Why can’t I see add-on options?

You may not see the option to purchase certain add-ons in the Dialpad Admin Portal if:

  • Your Dialpad or Dialpad Meetings account hasn’t been migrated to the new bundled architecture

  • Your user licenses are still on an older license type

This may apply to both free and paid customers.

What are the available add-ons? (Post-Migration)

Once your account is migrated, the following add-ons will be available in your Dialpad Meetings settings:

PSTN Phone Number

Join meetings via a dial-in number.

Large Meetings

Host meetings with more than the standard participant limit.

Toll-Free Numbers

Provide toll-free dial-in access to attendees.

What can I do if the add-on options are missing?

If you can’t locate add-on options:

  1. Contact Dialpad Customer Care

  2. Provide your account name and user email

  3. Request an evaluation for migration to the new Dialpad Meetings bundle

What to expect after contacting Dialpad Customer Care

Once you contact Dialpad Customer Care, we’ll review your account’s configuration and, if eligible, guide you through the migration process. Once the migration is complete, your account will be upgraded to the correct license type.

You will then be able to purchase and manage add-ons directly within your Dialpad Admin Settings.
