Required documents
In order to complete your port request, please provide the following:
Letter of Authorization (LOA)
Recent invoice dated within the last 3 months
Address in Serbia
Proof of address (e.g., latest utility bill)
Company registration document
A copy of the passport or ID of the responsible person, in case of a company
Document list
Please attach the following templates with the request as applicable:
How long will it take?
The standard lead time for a Serbia port request is 20 business days.
Note
Additional time is added if there is a rejection for missing/incorrect information.
Porting requirements
Before submitting your request, please confirm the following:
Postpaid users must settle all due, unpaid bills with the current (donor) operator.
You must not have an active, binding minimum-term contract obligation (or you must pay the early termination fee specified by your current provider.
At least 6 months (or 90 days depending on specific operator legacy rules) must have passed since the number was initially activated or last ported .
The number must be active and must not be temporarily or permanently disconnected.
Prepaid numbers must be officially registered under your personal identity details with the current operator prior to porting.
Possible port rejection reasons
While we do our best to prevent it, port requests can still be rejected.
The most common rejection reasons are:
The subscriber has unpaid, overdue balances or bills with the donor operator.
The number has been active with the current network provider for less than two months.
Personal information provided on the request form does not match the donor operator's records.
The request was initiated by an unauthorized person who is not the legal account holder
The number is already undergoing an ongoing porting process with another operator.
Porting checklist
Before submitting your request, please verify the following requirements to help prevent common rejection reasons:
Ensure all due and unpaid bills with the donor operator are settled.
Confirm there are no active, binding minimum-term contract obligations (or that early termination fees have been paid).
Verify that at least 6 months have passed since the number was initially activated or last ported (and ensure it has been active with the current provider for at least two months to avoid rejections).
Ensure the number is currently active and not disconnected.
Confirm prepaid numbers are registered under your personal identity details with the current operator.
Double-check that all personal information provided on the request form exactly matches the donor operator's records.
Ensure the request is initiated by the registered authorized admin with the losing service provider.
Verify the number is not currently undergoing a porting process with another operator.
