Dialpad's built-in analytics allows users to export call logs and analyze automatic transfers. To export call logs, users need to log in to Dialpad.com, go to the Analytics section of the Admin Portal, select a user or group filter, choose the desired date range, and select "Export" followed by "Call Logs" and "Send report." The exported file will contain a CSV file with the call logs.
