iOS Release Notes 24.05.02

Dialpad's iOS app is designed to live at the center of your business communications, and we're always rolling out product updates containing new features, improvements and bug fixes. 

We're currently on app version 9.00 — be sure to update your app to take advantage these latest features.

Critical bug fix

Agent availability change bug

Some users reported that after they disabled Allow agents to change their availability within the contact center, iOS users were still able to change their status on the mobile app. This has been fixed!

Other improvements

We've also fixed some minor bugs and behind-the-scenes functionality, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
