Dialpad Meetings Release Notes 23.10.20

Dialpad Meeting's desktop app is designed to live at the center of your business communications and we're always rolling out product updates containing new features, enhancements, and bug fixes.  

Let's take a look at what's new from our most recent release on October 20th, 2023. 

New

32 and 64-bit architecture

If you are a Dialpad Meetings Windows user, the native app will now automatically select between 32-bit vs 64-bit build, based on your OS. 

Previously we used a common build for both, which sometimes caused it to crash. With this separation of architecture, you'll notice a much smoother experience!

Improvements

Salesforce task name

When logging a Dialpad Meeting to Salesforce, you'll notice that the Subject title matches that of your meeting history. 

Other improvements

We've also fixed some minor bugs and behind-the-scenes functionality, improving your overall Dialpad Meetings experience.
