Dialpad Dialer

Use the Dialpad Dialer to automate high-volume outbound outreach for prospecting, fundraising, and recruiting. The Dialer reduces time spent on manual dialing and skips unanswered calls, allowing agents to focus on live conversations.

This helps teams increase daily connect rates and move through outreach lists more efficiently.

What is Dialer

Dialer is a progressive outbound dialer built into Dialpad. It automatically dials through a list of people, connects only answered calls to available agents, and applies your rules for:

  • When to call (time zones and calling windows)

  • How often to call (attempt limits and multiple passes)

  • Who not to call (Do Not Contact)

Dialer works alongside your existing inbound queues and routing in Contact Center and Sell and offers the following features:

  • List creation from Lead Module, CSV, and API

  • N:1 lines per agent

  • Local Dial, Main Line, and Verified Numbers

  • Voicemail Detection

  • Static and Dynamic Campaigns

  • Do Not Call scrub with audit trail and agent disposition

  • Multiple passes

  • Max attempts across day-based rules

  • Screen pop to agent

  • Salesforce integration

  • Analytics: dashboard, export, and API

Who can use Dialpad Dialer

Dialpad Dialer is available to:

  • Organizations with Dialpad Sell Premium licenses

  • Users who have a Sell Premium license and are assigned to a Contact Center where Dialer is enabled
