Credits Analytics

Credits Analytics helps you explore credit usage for deeper auditing and reporting on credit transactions. Use it to review trends, examine transactions, and export your current view for reporting.

Who can use this

Office and Company Admins on all Dialpad products and license tiers can manage Credits Analytics.

Credits analytics overview

To access your Credits analytics, go to Dialpad Admin Settings.

  1. Select Billing > Credits and Usage

  2. Select Credits Analytics

Filter the data

Dialpad offers these filters, letting you tailor your view to display exactly what you need.

Date filter

Displays interactions based on the selected date range

Choose from these date ranges:

  • This month

  • Last month

  • Last 3 months

  • Last 6 months

Credit filter

Displays data usage for a specific service.

Choose from these service filters:

  • All services

  • Calls

  • Fax

  • Messaging

  • Agentic digital

  • Agentic voice

  • Omnichannel

  • Speech IVR

Credit type filter

Displays data by specific credit subtype.

Choose from these credit subtype filters:

  • All subtypes

  • Domestic

  • International

  • Toll-free

  • CC inbound

  • CC outbound

Export credit usage

To export your credit usage, go to Dialpad Admin Settings.

  1. Select Billing > Credits and Usage

  2. Apply filters to narrow the data.

  3. Select Export to download your current filtered view.

Frequently asked questions

What data can I view in Credits Analytics?

You can view credit usage, trends, and transactions for the selected time period.

Filter by date range, service, or credit subtype to find the data you need.

How often does the analytics dashboard update?

The dashboard updates based on the filters and view you apply, so you can review the most relevant transactions for your selection.

Why do some analytics not appear?

Analytics are only displayed after the service has recorded usage. If there's no activity yet for a service, there won't be any analytics to show.

What export options are available?

You can export your current filtered view in CSV (.csv) or Excel (.xlsx) format. The export reflects your selected columns and column order.
