# Cancel Your Dialpad Account

Decided that Dialpad isn't for you? We're sad to see you go, and we sure hope to see you again soon.

Depending on your plan, we have different cancellation methods. Read on for more information.

## Cancel a free trial

As long as you are still in your free trial, you can cancel it from the Billing Summary page in your Admin Settings.

## Cancel an account

We’d hate to see you go! If you are on a month-to-month plan and have 10 licenses or less, you can manage your cancellation directly in your Dialpad Admin Settings under Billing Summary.
