Android Release Notes 24.07.30

Dialpad's Android App is designed to live at the center of your business communications, and we're always rolling out product updates containing new features, improvements and bug fixes. 

We're currently on app version 15.0 — be sure to update your app to take advantage these latest features. 

Let's take a look at what's new from our most recent release on July 30, 2024.

New

Add-to-channel option when mentioning users

You now have the option to "Invite", "Add", or "Do nothing" when mentioning users in channels they aren't part of. This helps prevent accidentally adding users to private channels.

Critical bug fix

Call notification bug

Some users reported that the Android app was not receiving incoming call notifications. This has been fixed!

Other improvements

We've also fixed some minor bugs and behind-the-scenes functionality, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
