Android Release Notes 23.11.18

Dialpad's Android App is designed to live at the center of your business communications, and we're always rolling out product updates containing new features, improvements and bug fixes. 

We're currently on app version 9.15 — be sure to update your app to take advantage of these latest features. 

Let's take a look at what's new from our most recent release on November 18, 2023.

Improvement

Update your custom status

We have included a chevron on the right side of your custom status, allowing users quick access to modify their status whenever necessary.

Critical bug fixes

Call notification bug

Some users reported when using an Android 14 device that incoming call notifications failed to appear or flash on a locked screen. This has been fixed!

Wrap up bug

A few users reported that the "wrap-up completed" message did not appear after completing the wrap-up time. We've fixed this.

Add caller bug

Some users reported that the app was getting stuck on the add caller confirmation screen even after connecting the call. This has been fixed!

Other improvements

We've also fixed some minor bugs and behind-the-scenes functionality, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
