Who can use this feature
Dialpad Admins can purchase desk phones directly from Dialpad.
Let's take a look at the details.
Purchase a desk phone
Dialpad sells Obihai, Yealink and Polycom products.
To purchase an item, navigate to your Dialpad Admin Settings.
- Navigate to Office
- Select Desk Phones
- Select Buy phones or learn more about compatible devices
- Select Continue to partner website
- Choose the desired device, quantity, and payment plan
Once purchased, devices can be assigned to user accounts and shared lines (Main Line, Department, Contact Centers) or remain simply as a room phone.
