Dialpad Meetings Release Notes 22.06.01

We're always rolling out updates that contain new features and capabilities to ensure customers get the most out of Dialpad Meetings.

Launch Dialpad Meetings to take advantage of the latest additions. You'll also discover some bug fixes to improve reliability. Dialpad Meetings is made to live at the center of your business communications.

Let's take a look at what's new in this release for June 1st, 2022.

Improvements

• Virtual backgrounds are now supported on devices with no, or low, GPU. Previously, virtual backgrounds were supported for devices with GPU, but now we also support virtual backgrounds if you don’t have a GPU. 

Critical Bug Fixes

• Audio Issues | Some Users were reporting a robotic sound when the browser is in the background in iOS. This has been fixed.
• Latency Repair | While joining the meeting from the desktop app, there was sometimes a delay of almost 5-6 seconds. This has been fixed.

Other Improvements

We've also fixed some minor bugs, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
