Improvements
Improvement in received faxes
You can now preview received faxes directly in the Dialpad app, making it easier to review documents without downloading them first.
Improvement analytics filter
Page-level filters now remain visible regardless of the Contact Center type you select. We've also added a helpful information banner to make filtering easier.
Critical bug fixes
Meetings control bug
Some users reported that the meeting chat close button didn't work in full-screen mode on the desktop app. This has been fixed!
Executive Assistant bug
A few users reported that the Executive Assistant section was missing from their Office Settings and user settings. We've fixed this.
Message bug
A few users reported that message notification sounds played inconsistently or notification bubbles disappeared unexpectedly. We've fixed this.
Other improvements
We've also fixed some minor bugs and behind-the-scenes functionality, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
