Improvements
Improvement in sending faxes
You can now preview your fax before sending it from the Dialpad web or desktop app. This makes it easier to double-check your document and make sure everything looks right before hitting send.
Export credit usage improvement
We've added a Schedule report option to the credit report export menu, giving you another way to manage your reports.
Critical bug fixes
Call routing bug
Some users reported that calls were sent to the fallback destination after the first agent declined, even when other agents were available. This has been fixed!
Live Dashboard bug
A few users reported that ringing calls were incorrectly counted as active conversations in the Live Dashboard. We've fixed this.
Voicemail bug
Some users reported not receiving email or app notifications for outage-failover voicemails when transcription was enabled. This has been fixed!
Other improvements
We've also fixed some minor bugs and behind-the-scenes functionality, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
