IVR workflow templates
You can now choose from our three starter workflow templates and make it your own! Add your prompts, menus, rules and transfer steps to create an IVR workflow for your business in no time.
EAP | VM management
Take control with our latest update in Voicemail management! We've added an Unassign feature for voicemails, whether it's for a single user or in bulk.
Critical bug fix
Contact syncing bug
Some users reported that their Google contacts are not syncing properly. This has been fixed!
Native app dialling bug
A few users reported that the native app doesn't dial the chosen number. We've fixed this.
Messages tab bug
Some users reported that the messages tab does not display all the messages in their inbox. This has been fixed!
Other improvements
We've also fixed some minor bugs and behind-the-scenes functionality, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
