With your desk phone, you can add another caller to your active call. These calls show up on your desk phone and on your Dialpad app.
When creating a conference call, only the primary caller who initiates the call can conference in another caller. The primary caller can also end the conference call for all participants.
Note
When dialling into a conference call, you should not exceed three participants on the call.
Add a caller to a conference call
You can conference call using these device models:
Yealink T series models
To add another caller to a conference call:
When the call is connected, press More > Conference
Dial the number and press Call
When the call is picked, press Conference
The call is now connected as a conference call.
Poly VVX Obi series models
To add another caller to a conference call:
When the call is connected, press Conference
Search for or dial the number and press Call
When the call is picked, press Conference
The call is now connected as a conference call.
Poly UCS Edge E series models
To add another caller to a conference call:
When the call is connected, press More > Conference
Search for or dial the number and press Send
When the call is picked, press Conference
The call is now connected as a conference call.
