While you can't remove all of Dialpad Meetings' branding, there are a few features available to Dialpad Meetings Business accounts to make Dialpad Meetings more tailored to your company.
Who can use this
You must be a Dialpad Meetings Admin on a Business license or a Dialpad Admin to remove Dialpad branding. Refer to our Pricing Page to see if you have access to this feature. If you have any questions about your plan, reach out to your Customer Success Manager or Dialpad Customer Care.
Business (and Pro) accounts can:
Remove the "this call is brought to you..." message
Disable meeting summary emails to participants
Upload a custom greeting to play for participants
Note
Our message "You are the first person on this Dialpad Meeting" will always play for the first participant, even when a custom greeting is in place.
Don't forget that you can always share your meeting info if you want to skip out on Dialpad Meetings sending out your meeting invites.
Just copy and paste your URL, phone #, and PIN into your own email/messaging client.
