Custom Action Items
- Use custom action items to keep track of next steps without interrupting the flow of conversation
- Select Add Action Item in the bottom-right corner of Dialpad Meetings during an active call to enter the description and, if necessary, a participant to assign the custom action item to
- Both the organizer and all participants are able to see custom action items in their post-call summary and call summary emails
