If you send a substantial amount of outbound SMS (such as large companies, companies that use messaging for marketing, and companies that use Dialpad’s API to send SMS) you are likely to exceed the message rate limits and daily caps applied to basic messaging users.
Companies that send more than 1000 messages per day, or more than ~1 message per second, will need to register as an advanced messaging campaign.
You can ensure delivery of your messages by sub-dividing your messaging into separate “use cases”, which identify the type of messages and purpose you expect to send from each phone number or set of phone numbers.
Here are the standardized use cases adopted by registered A2P trust vendors:

Notification about the status of the delivery of a product or service
Fraud Alert Messaging
Notifications regarding potential fraudulent activity on a user's account
Higher Education
Messaging created on behalf of Colleges or Universities, including School Districts and education institutions.
Low Volume Mixed
For Brands that have multiple use cases and only need very low messaging throughput. Examples include: test or demo accounts, small businesses (single Doctor's office, single Pizza shop etc).
