Why is the keywords tab inactive?
As of June 25th, 2021, we’re winding down the technology used to support the “Keywords” dashboard in the Analytics section of Dialpad. This is to help us free up resources & space to add new features and improve existing ones.
While we do this, the “Keywords” dashboard will be unavailable.
When will the keyword data be restored?
We’re looking at better ways to provide detail into the content of your conversations in future updates and don't currently have a timeline for if or when the keywords tab will be restored.
