Why is the keywords tab inactive?
As of June 25th, 2021, we wound down the technology used to support the “Keywords” dashboard in the Analytics section of Dialpad, and as of Oct 1, 2021 this dashboard was retired and removed from the product.
This move is intended to help Dialpad free up resources and space so we can continue to add new features and improve existing ones.
Will the keywords dashboard be restored in the future?
We’re looking at better ways to provide insights into the content of your conversations in future updates, and don't currently have a timeline for if or when the keywords tab will be restored.
