Call Review Links in Native Integrations (Platform)

  • With native integrations including Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zendesk, links to call reviews will appear if call logging is enabled and Voice Intelligence is turned on
    • Links have restricted access to users within the company

'Competitor Mention' Moment for Dialpad Dialpad Meetings (Voice Intelligence)

  • With the competitor mention moment, users see any time a competitor's name was said during a call; use the company dictionary to define a competitor names
    • Previously this moment was limited to Dialpad Ai Voice, Ai Sales, and Ai Contact Center customers only
