Dialpad is merging Coaching Center with the existing Call History menu on May 1, 2021.
Coaching Center appears if you're managing a Coaching Group or Playlist. As the Call History menu and Coaching Center have complete feature parity, Dialpad will start redirecting users to the Call History menu to access all the functionality users previously accessed in Coaching Center in addition to extra functionality only available in the Call History menu.
On March 26, all Coaching Center functionality and other capabilities will become accessible in the Call History menu. Users are able to use Saved Search for frequently-viewed filters and access Saved Search templates to easily discover new insights. Further, users are also able to pin a default view for quick access every time the Call History menu launches.
As the merge takes place, we'll continue updating this Help Center article with more information. You'll notice on Dialpad.com (the 'web portal') that we've already introduced a notification so all users are aware of the merge and resulting new workflow.
