Saved Search Templates (Analytics)
- Use predefined templates as-is or customized to quickly build a new Saved Search
- Current templates include Celebrate Success, Coachable Escalations, Hard Calls, Confused Customer, Follow-Up Needed

- Share a call review and you'll see a new security option that will limit access to team members who are logged in; otherwise, anyone with the link can access the call review
