'master_call_id' Included in Call Logs Export (Analytics)
- Understand an entire call journey with 'master_call_id' in the call logs export, which will let you track each 'call_id' back to a 'master_call_id' for transfers
- 'master_call_id' will only appear if a call is transferred; otherwise, this field will remain empty
