- Call Center availability status is disabled when an Agent is being rung or on an active call, preventing the Agent from making any changes until after the call
Dismiss Wrap-Up Time Banner After Setting Call Center Availability Status (Contact Center)
- When Agent sets Call Center availability status during wrap-up time, the wrap-up banner is dismissed
