Use Dialpad's built-in wallboard to display information from Call Centers in your organization.
It offers a real-time glance at categories such as number of calls on hold, longest wait time, average wait time, service level, and average call duration.
View Wallboard
From Dialpad.com, navigate to Call Centers > All Call Centers.
You'll see an overview of Call Centers on the wallboard. Organized from left to right, the columns indicate various categories that the wallboard will display.
Information displayed on the wallboard will update in real-time as it's available.
Customize Wallboard
Call Centers
Display all Call Centers at the same time, or focus on a limited number of them on the wallboard.
Select Call Centers and choose which Call Centers to add to the wallboard. You can also remove Call Centers using the same drop-down.
When you've made the appropriate changes, select Apply and the wallboard will reorganize with live data.
Columns
Dialpad's built-in waterboard supports these categories as columns:
- Call Center Name
- Abbreviated Name
- Longest Wait Time
- # of Agents Available
- # of Agents in Wrap Up
- # of Inbound Calls Completed
- # of Inbound Calls Abandoned
- # of Inbound Calls Missed
- # of Voicemails Received
- # of Outbound Calls Made
- Average Wait Time
- Service Level
- Average Call Duration
- Link to Dashboard
Select Columns and choose which columns to add to the wallboard. You can also remove columns using the same drop-down.
When you've made the appropriate changes, select Apply and the wallboard will reorganize with live data.
Timeframe
Determine the timeframe from which the wallboard generates data. You can choose the entire day, the last 8 hours, the last 4 hours, the last 2 hours, the previous hour, or the current hour.
Select the Timeframe button in the top-right corner of the dashboard and choose a timeframe.
Full Screen View
Dialpad's built-in wallboard includes a full-screen layout, which can get projected onto a large monitor in a physical, in-person setting.
Select the Full Screen View button and the wallboard will fill your entire screen.
Call Center Alerts
Call Center alerts will appear on the wallboard. You'll recognize them when cells and rows turn red.
