- Set Interactive Voice Response (IVR) recordings to English (United Kingdom) for users, main lines, departments, and call centers
Grant agents access to listen to call recordings (Dialpad Contact Center, Dialpad Sell)
- New setting allows for agents to be granted access to call center recordings
- Go to Admin Settings > Call Centers > Advanced Settings > Agent Settings > Allow agents to access call recordings for this call center
