Vi Settings Updates (Voice Intelligence)
- To increase the visibility of Voice Intelligence (or 'Vi') capabilities and to improve understanding of Vi, we've made several changes to the Vi settings and in-app user experience:
- User education dialogs explaining the benefits of Vi appear after turning on Vi for yourself or place/receive a group call that has Vi on by default
- For personal calls in Offices where Vi is allowed, new personal settings will allow users to turn on Vi by default for all personal calls and show the live transcript by default
- For calls in Offices where Vi is allowed, Dialpad will show the Vi toggle on all calls
- For Call Center and Department calls where Vi is allowed, Admins can control additional settings
