Event Changelog

 

Settings and user account changes that Dialpad admins (Company, Office, Department and Call Center) apply are tracked and exportable into a CSV audit log to provide visibility to company stakeholders, especially in cases where there are many administrators and accidental changes may occur -- It’s important to provide a way to track owners who made changes.  

This also serves the need for organizations that need insight into feature usage and user management as well for compliance and auditing purposes.
