Creating and Editing Playlists
Navigate to the Analytics page > Playlists
Click ➕ to create a Playlist, and enter a name for your playlist > Save. You can also edit the name of an existing playlist by clicking into it > Edit Name.
Adding and Deleting Calls
Once you've created your playlist select the icon to the right of the calls from your Calls List that you want to add to the desired Playlist. You will also have the option to create a new Playlist here.
To delete calls from your Playlist, navigate to your Playlist > select the icon to the right of the call > and choose Remove from the drop-down menu.
Navigate to your Playlists within the Analytics page and select the Playlist you would like to share.
Click the Share link icon in the upper right-hand corner to open the dialog > Copy Share Link. This puts the auto-generated URL in your clipboard for you to paste in an email, message, etc.
Are transcripts included in Playlist recordings?
No, only call recordings are included at this time.
Are Playlists shareable with anyone?
Yes, anyone with the shared link will be able to access the recordings within the Playlist. We will look at adding more restrictive permissions in the near future.
Is there a limit to the number of call recordings I can add to a Playlist?
Yes. You can add up to 50 recordings per Playlist and have up to 20 Playlists at this time.
Can I add segments of a call to Playlists?
No, only full call recordings can be added at this time.
Can other people add calls to my Playlists?
No, not at this time.
