Company and Office Admins have access to certain settings that allow them to set up office-wide settings for things like Voice Intelligence, Call Recording, Caller ID, and Desk phones.
Let's take a look at what is available in the Office Settings by navigating to Admin Settings > Office > Office Settings:
Set your Office Name here.
Office Administrators are able to access all the settings within the office they are the admin of. Company Admins can give or remove Office Admin access to users here.
Office Wide Settings
The settings enabled here will apply to every person in your Office
Allow team members to transcribe their calls.
Give users permission to do the following on their calls:
- Record calls
- Notify callers that the call is being recorded
- Transfer calls outside the company
- Transfer calls to international numbers
Give users the following caller ID permissions:
Give users the following Desk Phone permissions:
- Self-provision their own desk phones
- Guest Login - lets team members log into any company desk phone which temporarily associates that phone with their account
Company or Office Admins can also set up a custom logo to appear on their desk phones (Obi 1000 and Poly Gen 3 series ONLY) in this section.

In addition to being able to manage Failover numbers in each individual shared line's advanced settings, Company and Office Admins can also configure those settings here.
Register location fo E911 Emergency calls for your entire office here, this will be the default address for all users added to your office, however, users can change their personal settings in their Dialpad Profile.
