Manage user permissions, add or remove users, and easily keep up with what license type, permissions, and add-ons users have through via the User tab in Office Settings.
You'll also have the ability to tab over to your Reserved Numbers (if available on your plan) as well as your recently Deleted Users.
Want to see how many users you have that are using a specific license type or have a certain permission? Check out the filter options next to the search bar at the top of your page.
Need to bulk delete a set of users or add specific permissions?
Simply select all or individually select the group of users you would like to make these changes to and then choose from one of the available actions like deleting users (which can then be found under the Deleted Users tab), add or remove admin privileges, or add or remove analytics access.
Apply Individual Permissions
Beyond the bulk permissions that can be applied, admins also have the option of applying specific permissions or add-ons to an individual user.
Just select Options next to the user to see tabbed drop-downs for areas like Calling (includes adding a desk phone or another phone #), Groups, Privileges (including international calling), and Admin.
